With credentials in social work, massage therapy, and movement / yoga (MA; BSW (Hons.); BA; RYT-200 Reg: 331947; SACSSP Reg: 1043208) and a passion for sports, physical and mental health, and evidence-based practice, I bring my knowledge and experience to each session.
